Pros
Great fit, deep pockets to accommodate most mattresses. It protects the mattress buy also gives a pillowy feel to the bed.
Price is unbeatable. Made nicely. Reasonably priced. Per the other posters, good product.
This has a quilted top and is made with really soft material. It is very comfortable to sleet on. A little bit of cloud comfy-ness….
Cons
This mattress cover is far too big for my 10 inch mattress. Not filled, just a simple sheet. It was shipped compressed. This is like every other fitted sheet.
The microfiber material is very hot (for a menopausal woman! Came out of the washing machine ripped all along the seam from the pad to the skirt. I'm so disgusted, as it looks like dried blood.

I should have read the description better to know its not even water resistant let alone waterproof
