Buy 2 sheets so you can rotate as needed. Saves time and hassle especially in the wee hours of the night.
Cons
The regular cotton are much softer but one of my sheets got holes in it. The sheets also are pretty rough and wrinkly. Would like refund.
There is about a 2 inch excess of fabric after zipping onto the base making the bed not a smooth and potentially unsafe surface for a young infant to sleep on. You have to pick up the mattress entirely just to remove that thing, since it wraps around ... Read More

Apparently the normal sheets are a hassle to change

The bottom sheet goes under the mattress and the interchangeable top sheets zip right on the top of the mattress

My baby girl unfortunately immediately found the zipper and started unzipping it so i had to tuck it in at the end of the zip portion
