Through my tax software program i received a free qopy of quicken and have been hooked on it ever since

My main gripe is the process i have had to go through every time i applied an update to the program quicken insisted that i was a new user and tried to get me to start anew with an older data file from 2015 or 2016

I have spent several calls and many hours on the telephone waiting and finally talking to representatives who were able to explain the needed steps to regain access to my current data file

The explanations i received about this procedure were unsatisfactory from a customer viewpoint it is the companys job to simplify the process for the customer not to combine the procedures for new users and updating users into one confusing set of instructions

It is much better but sadly i still need to use my quicken home and business on windows because it didnt import all my attachments
