So far after a few weeks use we are satisfied with the value for the price

I have returned the original with their prepaid shipping label

They responded the next day and said that they would send a replacement cover and a shipping label to return the original cover

We let it set out to regain its shape after shipping and did not use it for a full day

And packaging is i knew was going to be good
