Qpdf viewer pdf reader its a pretty good app but you have to pay if you need more functionality

You can add edit or delete bookmarks very easily

I bought the nook simple touch hoping to use it as a simple pdf reader but the builtin functionality is lacking especially since it gives no zoom capabilities

If you cant get it to work then you probably dont need a kindle fire because its so easy
