Ive used a touch style faucet in my kitchen for years but recently moved and wanted to replace a few faucets with the same features
In this case i would highly recommend the product because the vendor will stand behind it and work with you until you are satisfied

Installation cost me pretty much time but it’s worth when finished

The reason i only gave 4 stars is because the instructions were not very clear so and at one point there’s a step that seems to come just a little too soon

The only issue i have is that the transit from cold to hot and hot to cold takes a long time not sure why

The touch function now works if you make sure the nozzlesprayer line connecting to the touch controller is completely isolated under the countertop

You have to bend it completely out of the way since the line shakes when water is turned onoff by the controller box

The touch function is always on regardless the handle position so you may or may not get running water the next time you turn on the faucet if you happen to touch it while it is off

In all fairness this is a mismatch between design and user scenario and not a product defect
