I was up and running within 10 minutes and the quality is great

This is my first 3d printer so i cannot compare it to any others but i will say that i am very pleased with the print quality

There are better printers but at this price you cant beat it

This is an entrylevel printer that is well worth the price

The shipping was quick and it was well packaged against possible damage

It comes well packaged for shipping and i had no issues unboxing and setting it up

I finally had a part wear out and the tech response was fast and the part sent to me at a very cheap price and arrival was in a couple days

I have since bought another qidi printer and i will definitely purchase more in the future

I also have a qidi xpro and it is of the same high quality

Use pla petg doesnt come out as good in this printer

Next printer upgrade will be a qidi brand

    Once i moved the printer into an air conditioned room with less humidity of course the clogs disappeared
