The bottom claws dont really stick out far enough on our phones they contact the phone about halfway

Pushing the phone into the center of the pad causes the grip to snap closed on the sides

There are status lights but you cant see them when the phone is on the pad

Odd location choice but i guess it lets you confirm that it is in low power mode when no phone is present

Another cool feature is that when you put the phone in the cradle it then locks the phone in place with spring loaded side cradle arms

I didnt expect it to come with a cigarette lighter connector because that thing alone costs tens of dollars
