Pros

Use them frozen, but have used on occasion for keeping food warm. Place in refrigerator or freezer to make cold to use to keep cold foods cold. Put in microwave to heat to keep hot foods hot. It keeps her lunch warm by the time she gets to eat it.

Cons

Pyrex casserole carrier thermal keeper has no flexibility and won’t conform to any shape easily. The instructions on the package never say it will freeze into a solid hard pack.
