The information about this loaf pan was confusing but i gambled that it would be 3 x 5 inside but it was smaller

It was baking at a normal temperature but had shattered into shards and slivers of glass all over her oven and of course the baked food had to be thrown out and the oven cleaned out carefully after it had cooled off

I learned that the chinese company that now produces pyrex and corningware products in china has substituted the formula contents for another one in their manufacturing of new pyrex products and perhaps that is what caused them to explode
