Great product for my son the price is a little steep but does the job

It is definitely quieter than the waterpick brand and just seems more solidly built

I had a toilettree hand held one previously which i liked but the water capacity was not enough
The other is that even at full power its barely as powerful if a bit less than the toilettree hand held

The pulses frequency and strength is according to the settings

You press the round grey dial inward to turn it on and off then turn the dial to adjust the water flow you do not have preset flow levels you have total control

Also sometimes when at press the button to turn it on the machine slips away from me and considering that i already have the nozzle in my mouth that is not too good of a set up
