Pros

This pillow is everything the advertisement claims it is. It's literally worth every penny!

My gf has a cooling pillow and there's a big difference here. It is super, mega comfortable. I'm quite petite, but usually prefer a firmer tall pillow.

Mine had no smell, it's very conforming yet springy. I love how my head sinks into the pillow and support my shoulders at the same time.

It gives great support while maintaining a cool feel and breathable material throughout the night. One night is all it took for me to fall head over heels for this pillow. Sleeping with the pillow is like night and day.

Cons

Purple is an amateur company and bound to disappoint. It's either too tall and uncomfortable or to freaking thin and uncomfortable. Purple takes forever to process your refund.
