Pros

Wake up bright eyed without drowsiness.

I have malabsorption problems n these being in capsules work much better than all others i've ever tryed even gummy n liquid. They are easy to * and provide a good night's sleep.

This stuff is strong and it knocked me out. Seem to work quickly, lasts about 6 hours. This supplement works for me.

Cons

This product is very low quality, i usually fall asleep with about 10-15 mg of melatonin. This product to “50” mg and was still ineffective. It takes me at least an additional 20 minutes to fall asleep, if not 45 minutes.

This is the first one i felt zero effect. This is horrible. Not recommended at all. Would not recommend.
