As with many supplements, I didn't expect much; sometimes effects are too subtle or simply don't work. Happy to report this is not the case with Neuro-PS. I am over 70, with very mild cognitive decline in short term memory, attention span, verbal fluency, concentration, and other cognitiveskills. I noticed an improvement after about 3 weeks on a starter dose of 100 mg twice a day; I am now taking the suggested dose of 300 mg a day. My physician recommended this supplement, and gave me a copy of a 2014 article from the Nutrition Journal (www.nutritionjrnl.com), Phosphatidylserine and the Human Brain by Michael J. Glade, PhD and Kyl Smith D.C. The article is a bit technical forthe average layperson, but still understandable. Make sure you buy a product that is pure and not combined with any other supplements.  Read Less
