It’s inexpensive portable and very powerful a great product
I reached out to amazon and the product manufactuer
John was super nice and very supportive
Packaging/appearance
Then i placed highly wrinkled shirts on the steamer hanger and proceeded to remove the wrinkles
Although my product went a few days pass the 2year warranty mark they were kind of enough to offer a replacement
Competitiveness
Light weight easy to move aroundand store
Would recommend this over any other higher priced steamer

The first time i used it it took less than a minute to steam wrinkles out of a blouse and sweater and did not leave the items feeling like they were wet or spritz water out of the steaming wand
