My 2 layer viscoserayon dress was wrinklefree after a few passes but the other bridesmaids dresses that were made of different material still had wrinkles after multiple passes

Even if you pack carefully clothes still gets wrinkled

It does what it claims to do however the capacity to hold water is small

Second its very easy to use fill up the reservoir turn it on wait for steam then use thats it
