Pros

Worked great. With very simple to follow instructions. Works well, but consumes a lot of gel as it is not a perfect fit. Press on the front of your teeth with your fingers.

Works well keeping you from grinding, and if you are using them with a whitening, or reminalizing agent, they are good for that as well. Easy to mold and use. They seem to have molded to my teeth well.

Cons

My back two molars on both the top and bottom are not fully covered. Half the price buying opalescense on amazon then at a dentist. The mouth whitener ends up everywhere not just your teeth. Going back to my dentist.

Shrunk, shriveled, and barely useable. Not moldable at all. When heated in water bath, it shrinks.
