Pros

The price is also extremely reasonable, i buy the big 2lb bag.

This is the best tasting cacao i've ever tried. Use it daily in my smoothie. It has a good texture and does not clump. It's smooth, dissolves well, and serves as a highly nutritious morning and/or evening drink.

Cons

Cacao is high in phytic acid which is a naturally occurring compound in grains and nuts. This cacao is well marketed - but that is all there is. Not trying again; that's for sure.

Boxes of chalk (finely ground), 2 cups of dirt, 1 shaving of any chocolate bar. The stuff is quite bitter. It's like having baby powder explode in your hands.
