I am in my mid thirties and recently started feeling thing slowing down. An overall sluggish feeling about getting things done or being motivated. I can't say that taking this is a ge changer or a life changer. But it does feel like it gives me more energy and is helping keep my metabolism going. I don't excersize much but I do watch what I eat. Try not to eat fast food and I control my portions. I do recommend if your a middle age guy and feeling the slow down this might be the little pep you need. On the sexual side, I haven't had a problem before taking this. So I haven't really noticed it making me more aggressive or firmer erections. That part of my life has not changed. I will not that I do not take the recommended dose, I only take one pill in the morning before my coffee and then another at or after lunchtime. I assume if I was to take two pills at once I might would experience more of an effect overall. However, I didn't want a drastic change. This gives me enough of an daily boost to help keep my energy level out of the the thirties rut. Hope this helps you decide. I do recommend at least trying this one as it does say it is natural and it doesn't present itself as a sexual problem solver.  Read Less
