Poop cleanly and * cleanly without the need for prep. When it is time for major events (wink wink) then i take the full recommendation. I recommend it to anyone who has insecurities about how clean they are.
Cons
Flavor is very unpleasant and has a flaky/grainy texture. Consistency and color make me think of watered down oatmeal.
