Pros

It is adjustable at both the neck and chest girth. The clasps are a bit hard to undo if you have arthritis. Adjustable with velcro & clips.

This harness is exactly what i was looking for at a reasonable price. Great harness for the price. Excellent harness. Still the same great harness.

Cons

The neck area is fixed, it does not open up and there are no straps for sizing. Although this can be adjusted around the neck, even at the smallest adjustment it is way too big. The adjustment around his middle is also too large.
