Pros

It is sturdy and it rebounds well. It is excellent to burnt energy.

The whole family uses it. My 7 yr old uses it several times daily. My little one get excited about it. This is perfect and gives his brothers a break from getting beat up all the time.

It comes with a pair of boxing gloves. Good quality punching ball and gloves. Well made. Quality is great!

Cons

The ball is a flimsy piece of * like a balloon inside of a loose bag. This is very disappointing!
