Pros

The low calorie version is the best! The flavor is fantastic. I use 1-2 pumps in my coffee or nespresso and it taste like a chai latte. It adds a nice caramel sweetness without the calories.

Cons

It smells like if a movie theater lobby and a bargain candle store decided to open a joint operation. Tastes like an artifical bitter sweetener. Did not taste like chai at all, there was a very sour aftertaste to it.

Instructions on the bottle suggest using one tablespoon in making a pumpkin spice latte, but you really have to use like 4-5 times that to get even a small amount of the flavor. Do not recommend for coffee or anything with milk in it.
