I also purchased the shorter extension pipe which i didnt need after all l called the company and im still waiting for someone to contact me on how to return it for a refund

I returned another system same brand slightly cheaper because it only protruded 9 from the wall and you had to huddle against the wall to get under it

We had to use extra white plumbing tape when it was first installed to seal it but that was a small thing
