I ended up seeing a great deal on an ‘open box’ item so understand that my experience may differ from getting something brand new but this thing was set up to the t right out of the box

It said ‘blemished’ which means it’s the quality that you’d get from something hanging off the wall at a guitar store i haven’t found anything that would make me think it’s anything other than a brand new item – not even a pic mark

I tend to lean towards the blues i know weird if you’re an acoustic guitar player and the spacing and low action do not make it favorable for anything more than a half step bend

I have a buddy who’s a professional gigging musician who has owned more guitars than i care to count and after noodling on it he said “if you had told me that this was a 1200 guitar i wouldn’t have second guessed it
