Pros
Rubber is flexible and soft allowing it to absorb slow impacts. Great for low speed bump protection. Fit perfect for toyota chr 2019. Stays in place. Looks nice on my suv.
I like how this one looks normal and less noticable. Only criticism is that the plate is slightly too far recessed. Gave as gifts, but would use something thicker for myself.
Cons
It doesn't keep it's shape because there's no backing so it droops in the middle on the long sides. Doubtful installation on the grille.

Had to use the factory hardware since the included screws were too small for the existing holes
