Pros

The members find them much more comfortable than kneeling on regular fitness mats. I use this pad for my hip thrusts and it’s so far, the best thing ever! This is amazing better than any garden padding i have used.

Great cushioning. No rubbery or plastic smell. Shape still holds up. Still bouncy and good.

Quality of the foam is excellent. Well built and sturdy. Very well made can be sanitized easily.

It is perfect for my daughter's physio exercises for balance. Purchased to help me with balance issues due to vertigo. Bought to do my physiotherapy for my knee.
