Pros

This is a thick and soft exercise mat that cushions my hips while i do floor work. It's so thick that i don't need my knee pad anymore. Very impressed by the cushioning of this mat.

A minor flaw is that i was wearing a bracelet at times and my wrist had pressed down on the mat. It’s not a flaw of the product itself, but if given the chance, i would have ordered a thinner version.

This mat is perfect! When i tell you this mat has made all the difference, i absolutely mean it. Would recommend buying.

Cons

The chemical * smell is as potent as it was the day it arrived. Like a refinery and rotting marsh land. It also smells bad when sunlight heats it up. If scents like that don't affect you, then it's perfectly fine.

It's more teal color not bright green. And i resent someone, somewhere deciding it is o. K. This is a great mat, but it ripped after two months.

After 6 months of use the indentations in the mat stay indented and never pop out. Foam cracked / peeled off in a few areas during first use.
