One use is all it took and boom! My runs are better, my sleep is better. Pain subsided & is manageable now. My only complain is that it came with a little knead. Well worth the price paid for natural pain relief without more pills.

This roller is like a piece of wood. It has no softness or pliability. Styrofoam granules are not fully adhered to the surrounding parts of the roller.
