Also, it's good to put under the tops your feet for camel pose. Great for knee pain with yoga and for stretching. Saves my knees.

Great buy. Very happy with this purchase. Work ok. Good price. Overall, a good product gets the job done for a great price.

Cons

This knee pad is flimsy and too soft to be useful and durable. If half the mat is rendered useless (dented) then i can't confidently recommend this. They charge extra and send the cheapest to you.
