Pros

Anything bee pollen is insane for the health. My whole family which includes 3 young boys find this to be invaluable. Add 3-4 drops of this propolis to my oatmeal every day.

It hastens the healing process, relives pain and minimizes or eliminates scarring. It makes a great antibacterial toner for oily skin.

Cons

This propolis is like tar. It suddenly hardens in your mouth and leaves an unbearable stink and taste for an hour. Lost a big chunk of hair to this - it is like cement and dries almost instantly.
