This synergises well with the l-theanine to remove any jitteriness or lack of focus. I am able to juggle my tasks faster with better concentration, less tired and reduce mood swing. It sorts of clear my mind and i am less grumpy.

I am not sure about how will it affect if i stop taking these but since the ingredients are within tolerance it shouldnt be a problem
