Pros & Cons
Pros
The picture is fantastic! It reflects light back at a higher reflectivity percentage than ordinary paint. A quart is enough to do two coats over roughly 8'x5' the last coat worth.
Cons
It is thick and somewhat difficult to roll. Doesn't like to flatten out. I'm debating light sanding and applying another cost with a 10% thinner.
