The photography is outstanding and the recipes seem endless. Especially love the pastrami recipe. Great recipes for seafood, beef, pork, and even cocktails.

Steven raichlen never lets you down and teaches in a way that is understandable and thorough. Detailed while easy to follow.

Cons

Not at all oriented to those of us with electric smokers. They're overly complex and not really all that interesting. No usable recipes.

What a phoney. Now i have a 16 dollar receipe book that is 2 days old. Not the best. Pity to penalize the book.
