The quickest/most noticeable results seem to be clearing blemishes and improving tone and complexion. This is easy to use, and it does appear to help with my acne.
It's weird how just the simple task of shining specific colors of light on one's skin can transform it. The lights are bright and do have an effect on my freckles and skin's texture.

My first thought when seeing this light therapy mask was the hilarious cpr training class scene from the office where dwight cuts off the face of the cpr dummy puts it on his face and says “hello clarice” like hannibal lecter in silence of the lambs

It is a relatively high price for what id expect but after using for a few weeks my mom hasnt been noticing that big of a difference in her face
