This is one purchase i wholeheartedly recommend without any hesitation whatsoever. For me progressive is like having an electrical security company guarding your investment 24/7. The advantage vs the portable models is no one will walk away with it.

Cons

Will be going for warantee adjustment. Shame on you, progressive, shame on me.

Surge protector failed to fuse. No moisture, no moisture but also no fusing for surge protection--just a through buss connector.

Warranty and tech support is a zero. Doesn't make a lot of sense to offer a warranty and then not honor it.

I can feel the quality difference compared to others

This is a very nice unit that works well with the rv electrical system

Built in power surge protector went out and replaced it with the 50amp portable rv surge protector

I have not had to use tech support so i went neutral with the rating

Packaging/appearance

I cant wait for a replacement so i switched handles with the old one and this gets a 4 star for inadequate packaging
