Pros
These are a great option for ear defenders if you are very noise sensitive, like myself. They are snug but comfortable and we were able to use our airpods under them. The 37 nrr is a new (to me) rating. They fit snug and comfortably.

Ill say the product is probably great and works as described however i cannot say from experience due to the delay of delivery 2 weeks still hasnt arrived only doing the review because i keep seeing emails asking me to review it and its bugging me 🤣🤣

Sometimes i have to wear them while im trying to sleep and these work well for that as long as youre not laying on your side
