Pros
This wonderful product contains valerian. The herbs will have a relaxing effect. Sometimes i add a scullcap to head off the onset of periodic limb movement that keeps me awake.
Cons
I remember one review bout one user who had headaches after starting to use these pills and ended up dying from a hemorrhagic *. It is not heavy in odors.

Then at least try it you have nothing to lose except for some cash but the potential benefit will outway that by far if it works

I took one and it did knock me out but i found that it left me groggy the next day

Being that theyre capsules you can probably open them and take some of the product out possibly put it into another empty capsule they sell them at vitamin shops and probably here on amazon dont be put off by the smell if you do that

Works best for relaxation if you limit your caffeine use as it can cancel out some of the benefits of this supplement since caffeine is a stimulant
