Pros
Good for immune health, intestinal flora (gut bacteria), and digestive function. I find they help with my digestion and gastrointestinal issues. I really recommend this product as a daily supplement to anyone who is suffering from digestive problems.
This bottle contains 30 capsules - a one month supply. The capsules are small and easy to take.
Overall these probiotics seem to be on par with others i have used in the past. Quality is equivalent to the name brand product i buy at the grocery store. I like that these are organic and made in usa.
Great product. Works great. This stuff really works. Very helpful. Awesome probiotics. Works awesome.
Cons
This is the worst probiotic i've tried. Not probiotics says phibiitics. Will not be recommending or trying again.

I usually take probiotics daily in dietary supplements as i cant consume any milk products so cant get them from food sources such as yogurt
