I never used them because when i tried on the medium it did not even come close to fitting my legs they have to be running at least two sizes too small

I didnt find it to be too hot or sweaty but then again i was in a desperate position if it worked any other annoyances would be easy to overlook

I only used it for 3 weeks sometimes while playing sometimes while just trying to make it through a retail store trip

Just like the rest of your running clothes the brace will get very sweaty so the manufacturer recommends washing it every few days

I gave it a 4 because its a pain to get it on and off maybe i ordered the wrong size or my legs are too big

I have a run of the mill knee support that helps but after wearing this the difference is incredibly noticeable
