Pros

It goes on easy and seals hard - i know because i spilled some on my cheap countertop and it sealed into a plastic like texture. There is no odor, and it dries quickly to a beautiful shine. It takes about 45 minutes on the bottle to finish drying.

Pro shot is a good temporary fix if you cannot afford to get your floor professionally restored. I'm amazed that something so inexpensive could restore the floors to like new condition. Inexpensive. Your floor looks fantastic!

I use it on my hardwood floors (house built in 1936) and just applied it to a new tile floor in a sunroom. Everyone compliments me on how beautiful my hard wood floor look.

One gallon lasts me through at least two floor cleanings. Lasting finish, easy to use. We use this in a laundrymat and it lasts for about 6 months with heavy traffic.

Highly recommended product. It is an expensive product, but the quality is there. Definitely worth the expense. This product is amazing.

Cons

Mop and glo works better than this stuff and is much cheaper! I put 2 coats on and it looked great but after the first day there were footprint marks all over.
