Pros

As a rather big gentleman over 230lb at 5'8 172. The large fits me great and i am 175lbs med build.

Held up to a metal mace straight to the cup. Small padding that sits above the cup makes a big difference when getting hit in the lower stomach.

It's not too bulky and seems to offer good protection. This protector gives me ample protection and it is reasonably comfortable. In class, i find it more comfortable to pull it down so that the tip is not touching my body.

Cons

It is too big ro be used with the uniform. Not food for tae kwon do or martial arts with uniform. A loss of mobility with this.
