Pros

The powder fills 3/4 of a 12 oz shaker cup. I mix mine with a cup of quaker oatmeal, so delicious organic coconut milk (1 cup), one banana.

It was delivered on time and free of any defects/tampering. Slide the e zipper open and make one small incision on the seal, and tear. The seal has these lines that help the tearing direction.

Pro gainer is a leaner, faster dissolving, great tasting mass gainer. Light and filling, i usually have it 2x a day with a snack.

Cons

Serving size is 1 scoop, however the scoop is gigantic. Only 14 days from one jug. Price increase of the 10lb bag to $90 makes even less sense.
