They fit my head although the muffs were extended to the furthest adjustment they did fit

If anyone is buying them for the same reason as me tinnitus it won’t prevent a great amount of noise from getting through for example you’ll still hear people talking or the plane engine sound but it lowers it significantly that you can still pop in your earphones underneath and watch a movie without having to increase the volume too much
