Pros
These ear muffs provide maximum hearing protection, effectively dampening the loud sounds of gunfire and other high-decibel noises. I have sound sensitivity, and these have been a game changer!
These are adjustable enough that they were able to fit her noggin back then. They are snug to the head - it suggests putting the muffs over the box they came in to stretch them out a bit if they are too snug.
If it's against snoring - it works great. One drawback - they are not comfy for sleeping.
Cons
While these are comfortable and lighter that's where the benefits stop. Irritatingly stiff to adjust.
The peltor 3m x series is far better at noise cancellation. The pro for sho (pfs) is noticeably less able to block noise. The noise cancellation isn't really great either.

About nc you hear the difference on midrange between these ones and 25db nc headphones these ones do better
