Pros & Cons
Pros
The value for the money on this one is decent. I've had no issues with durability. Compared to a dedicated 5nm wrench i have lying around, it seems spot on.
It is recommended to follow initial setup instructions provided from bike tool, in 6 languages. Fractions of nm are easily set via markings on the rotating collar, which locks.
Comes with 1/4 drive ratcheting torque wrench. Nice to have the peace of mind from using the right amount of force with a carbon frame and pricey components. Only con is there's some bike torques that require 35nm for the pedal or back wheels.
Cons
This torque wrench is hot garbage. Do not waste your money on this poorly designed and broken excuse of a tool. At least refunded quickly.
Does not click at all. There is not enough to contrast between the scale and the shinny chrome around it. Instead of an audible click, the head simply moves slightly to the side.
The clamp on this bike will not tighten. Even at 20nm this wouldn't tighten to the same amount.

No matter your level of bike mechanic skill having a low range torque set is an imperative in my book

I followed the instructions for the set up and the tools works however it took me a bit to get used to the click

As others have mentioned the click is very soft and unless you’re going slow in a quiet place it is very easy to miss

Not the cheapest but its one of those tools you buy once and keep forever

With the wrench you can be confident nothing is gonna come loose and at the same time the carbon will be safe

Regarding accuracy i can not comment since i have no comparison point i did test a couple settings with a scale and calculated the torque is a broad approximation but the values coincided so at least is accurate to some degree surely more than my bear hands on the allen wrenches
