First i thought id have to return it until we tried it under two other trees then it hung just right

The hammock does not include a base to hang it from so if you dont have a couple properlyspaced trees nearby the investment would be worth it

The hooks that came w it seem flimsy but i used my old hooks so i cant comment for sure if they are in fact flimsy or just feel that way in the bag

So unless you have a hammock stand the included hardware is pretty much useless

I fell asleep on it yesterday and its a good thing i have installed a mosquito net over it so there no bugs to bother me
