Pros

The snaps are durable and strong. The stitching is illuminating. It’s fairly durable with the grade of nylon. But i know gsds have strong jaws.

Leach is so easy to control my dogs now when they get riled up. I have a rottweiler * mix and this leach is great for her. We love it and are going to get a second one as this one gets dirtier.

The 2 handles makes it easy for navigating areas where i need to keep my dog close to me as well as when she needs more freedom like outdoors. She is not pleased because she can't escape but that makes me happy.

Cons

The spring piece that opens/closes the leash to attach it to a collar or harness snapped off a few weeks ago. My * wears a haltie and it made her head droop. The extra handle is perfect but this leash is not chew proof.

The holding loops are smaller and barely fit my hand. The padding inside the lips is thin and does not feels soft to the touch. Without the piece that you push with a finger to open the clasp, the leash is worthless.

Only positive is the reflective stitching it has. That is slightly better than some retractable leashes we have tried.

As stated this seems to be an overall solid leash for my 55lb gsd

We are concerned about how long the new plastic clip will last as a 100lb gsd puts on a lot of pressure on it

I did not realize how big of a difference there is between a 4 foot and a 6foot leash
