Pros & Cons
Pros
These are golden into a pocket sized rectangle. They are thin yet durable. Will cover two people.
Cons
They are the typical super duper thin crinkly blankets that are good for only one use. They stick a lot in the creases, almost like there is glue on them. Mylar balloons are more durable.
Infrared lighting from remote controls goes right through this mylar, and is picked up by cellphone cameras. Feels like a scam to me. It is as though they were designed such that the end product would be bits of chaff.

Then i took one of those funky fema disaster blankets cut it in half then sewed a double layer of the mylar between the layers for pet beds as an experiment

I might recommend getting some blankets from the thrift store tho for pets because the fema blankets are weird and hard to work with but they are disposable and free
