My complaints are minor air conditioner blew right on the bed so while sleeping id go from hot to cold i prefer a more powerful shower head housekeeping wasnt on the ball when it came to refreshing the toiletries we had to ask on the 3rd day when we were clearly running out of shampoo and i noticed a vanity kit on their cart and we never got one

We asked for a room away from elevators and ice machines and our first room was literally right next to an ice machine

This isnt read house specific it happens at a lot of hotels and i dont think away from elevators and ice machines is an uncommon request so it always surprises me

We arrived hours before checkin so guest services stored our luggage so we could walk to aquarium
